This is probably one of our biggest features that set us apart of all other teams. Christopher Graney is a Master in Bio Mechanics and a American Top Team Connecticut / Kore BJJ Black Belt. He introduced our team to a more scientific and proven method of exercising specifically designed to help BJJ practitioners.
Our patented BJJSEP (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Specific Exercise Progression) system was designed by Professor Graney aiming to prepare students for the daily practice through a combination of exercises normally used in the beginning of each class or in dedicated sessions.
During our Camps, Professor Graney instruct our coaches in areas that no other team care about: the fundamentals of exercising, stretching, methodologies, do not’s, etc.
